YIN YOGA TTC (100, 200 & 300 HOURS) IN GERMANY
A complete and comprehensive Yin Yoga program combining Yin theory, practice and philosophy with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. The course includes solid functional anatomy foundations and the physiology of the nervous system, exceptionally important in the context of a yoga practice. The full program allows you to understand therapeutic, meditative and functional aspects of Yin Yoga
The program is divided in 3 modules - you can take them together, or choose one that you like.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Individual meetings for yoga teachers and those who want to start teaching yoga. The process aims to help you in your professional yoga career and all its challenges.

The mentorship program usually consist of
3-10 meetings, distributed in a few weeks, so that we can choose our goals, and work around them.
​
1-hour session costs 50 €
2-hrs session costs 80 €

FOR TEACHERS
ONLINE PRENATAL YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
We converted our regular Prenatal Yoga TTC into its online version - in this way you can study at your own pace, and at the same time you will get support from the main trainer.
Prenatal Yoga TTC consists of 10 steps - each of them includes:
• prerecorded video to watch
• presentation to read
• homework to submit
On the top of that you will get personal feedback and 3 mentoring sessions with the main teacher - Karo Sharma.
You will also receive an access to our lectures and classes from online live TTC on Zoom in August 2020.
After completing the entire course and passing the exam you will get certified as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
