MY PROJECTS

Trimurti Yoga International trimurtiyoga.com

My biggest and the most favourite project so far.

Trimurti Yoga is my first child, now pretty grown up and independent.

I co-founded Trimurti Yoga in India in 2010. The original dream was to build a small yoga community - safe space for people from all over the world who wanted to practice yoga, study yoga philosophy, take a break from their regular life. This small project located at first in the South Goa and Dharamsala (Himalayas) expanded, and today has many branches - we are in Bali, New Zealand, Germany, UK, Ecuador, and our courses can be found also in Kosovo, Philippines, USA & Canada.

Trimurti Yoga first and foremost runs Yoga Teacher Training Courses. Back in 2010 I discovered a missing element in yoga education - teaching methodology - so I designed programs for teachers preparing them for teaching yoga to people of different age, anatomy, needs and health conditions. Yoga was supposed to be universal for all, and I found out how to make it accessible. From a modest project for several people it grew and evolved into a community of thousands of yogis - many of them having very inspiring and successful stories, finding their new ways of life, or healing their old wounds. I am very proud and happy Trimurti Yoga Mama.

CoLab

The project that I run with my 2 best friends - beautiful and inspiring women - is called COOPERATION LABORATORY.

It is a rare combination of business training with elements of yoga and various artistic disciplines (theatre, dance, visual arts).

Our experience of working with people and managing various projects in life resulted in deep studies and research on cooperation, management styles, human resources, work-life balance, stress and self-care. We are fascinated by working with people and accompanying them in their development. In the dynamic project-based environment we create effective and engaged teams. We work on their motivation, communication, development, crisis management. While CoLab is dedicated mostly to Polish market we happily cooperate with international companies too.

Mercato Itinerante

mercatoitinerante.it

Mercato Itinerante is an Italian innovative start-up based in Turin.

Starting from the biggest open market in Europe - Porta Palazzo in the North Italy - that consists of local merchants  with high-quality natural products, from veggies to fish and wine - Mercato Itinerante makes open markets available online for the local community - saving plastic, environment, and running a role-model ethical business. The couriers use only fuel-free cargo bikes, re-usable packaging and eco-friendly materials. The company educates the citizens about maintenance and preserving natural resources. I love this project for the vision, spreading the awareness of healthy and ethical food and trading, and supporting local businesses against big and often unethical supermarkets. Yoga and healthy food are a perfect match!

Music

Still an informal project of my life.

I can play the violin, piano and the trombone. Music is present in my life since I’ve remembered. I love classical music, yogic mantras, but also ska, rocksteady and reggae.

I used to have a ska girls band ‘Banda de Chicas’, which produced even an album for children. Music is my biggest love, and a very important part of my therapy and self-care. I use music in my classes and workshops, I used to teach music and create music with people with mental disabilities.

I teach sound healing and music to yoga teachers, mostly during Yin Yoga TTC.

I cooperate with musicians, creating with them music meditations and sound healing sessions.
