We converted our regular Prenatal Yoga TTC into its online version - in this way you can study at your own pace, and at the same time you will get support from the main trainer. 

 

Prenatal Yoga TTC consists of 10 steps - each of them includes:

• prerecorded video to watch

• presentation to read

• homework to submit
   

 

On the top of that you will get personal feedback and 3 mentoring sessions with the main teacher - Karo Sharma. 

You will also receive an access to our lectures and classes from online live TTC on Zoom in August 2020.

 

After completing the entire course and passing the exam you will get certified as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
