YOGA & AYURVEDA : PRACTICES FOR 3 DOSHAS
50-hrs online on ZOOM
This 3-weekend course is dedicated to all of you who want to deepen your yoga practice and learn how to customise yoga according to Ayurvedic doshas ('constitutions', 'energies').
We all are made of 5 Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space, but each of us has a unique elemental proportion. Our skills and talents, as well as our imbalances are closely related to our Elements, so the true art of a healthy lifestyle is to understand how to keep the balance for our own unique body-mind complex. Yoga practice is a very important part of this process, and can re-balance the elements in a gentle yet very effective way.
By recognising our patterns, needs and predispositions we can understand our nature, and adjust our yoga practice accordingly.
In this course you will learn the solid foundations of Ayurveda, and you will be able to compose yoga practice for 3 doshas and 5 Elements - for you and your students.
You can take it for just your personal practice or make it a part of your 200-hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course / CEP Continuing Education Program (50 hour).
